got a call from Cadence... they don't want the documentation webpage up
on newport......  cadence -> /ecelib/eceware/cadence04/ic5141/doc
so, I'm taking out the link today 8/26/08... I imagine users will need
to go directly to Cadence's on-line documentation for help
