I received the B.S. and M.S.
degrees in Electrical Engineering
from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, IRAN,
in 2003 and 2005 respectively. I am currently pursuing Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from University of California, Irvine.
I was with Integrated Systems
Design Lab (ISDL) at Sharif University from 2003 to 2005 where I designed and
implemented novel high frequency Class
AB amplifiers and continuous time
active filters. Since 2006 I have been with the Nanoscale Communication IC (NCIC) Lab at UC
Irvine, where I have developed, implemented, and measured novel CMOS integrated
circuits for RF building blocks and multi-antenna radio architectures. In the
summer of 2007, I was an intern at Fujitsu Laboratories of
America (FLA), Sunnyvale, CA,
where I worked on the system simulation and circuit design of frequency
synthesizer components for high frequencies. Currently, I am with Qualcomm, Inc., Campbell, CA
for the summer of 2008. I have 2 pending patents in the field of integrated
circuits.
I am the recipient of UCI
departmental fellowship for the year 2006-07 and CPCC fellowship for the year
2007-08.
